These frozen Malaysian Spiral Potato Curry Puffs are made of homemade puff pastry and are filled coconut based sweet potato curry.

At Sueperlicious Bakery, we made our very own curry spice blend to recreate the flavour that resembles the ones that you can have in Malaysia. The spiral effect gives the flaky texture to the pastry.

They’re made individually to ensure that the thickness of the pastry is well balanced with the fillings!
