Malaysian Spiral Potato Curry Puffs

Frozen Malaysian Spiral Potato Curry Puffs, made with homemade puff pastry and filled with a coconut-based sweet potato curry.
At Sueperlicious Bakery, we made our very own curry spice blend to recreate the flavour that resembles the ones that you can have in Malaysia. The spiral effect gives the flaky texture to the pastry.
Each puff is made individually to ensure a perfect balance between the thickness of the pastry and the filling!
Freshly made every week, our par-fried curry puffs can be reheated from frozen in just 15 minutes in the oven!

“Just incredible – this has astonishing depth of flavour with perfect pastry. We are amazed at the skill involved in making sweet potato and coconut taste this good. The spice level is just the right level of feisty – we cannot wait to eat these with a cold lager.”
