Bakery Assistant — 45 hrs/month | Zero-hours (guaranteed minimum) | South West London

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Bakery Assistant to join our small team and help bring our authentic Malaysian bakes to life. Full training provided.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and baking Malaysian treats - kuih, curry puffs, blondies and cakes

  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and fully stocked

  • Wrapping, labelling and packaging orders with care

  • Supporting opening and closing tasks as needed

We're looking for someone who:

  • Can work independently and manage their own time effectively

  • Is genuinely passionate about food - knowledge of Malaysian cuisine is a lovely bonus

  • Is reliable, punctual and communicative

  • Is available weekday early mornings (2 days a week)

  • Is a team player with a keen eye for detail

  • Holds a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or is willing to obtain one
